Thia Megia, the San Joaquin Valley teen-turned-overnight-singing-star, will return to her roots Saturday April 23 and be feted by her hometown.
Thia, a 16-year-old from Mountain House who was the youngest contestant to ever compete on the television show “American Idol,” will be in Tracy and Mountain House on Saturday for a special meet-and-greet and recognition ceremony. Tracy activities are scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. at Center Court inside the West Valley Mall in Tracy. Mountain House activities will begin at 3 p.m. at Central Park.
